Terms of Use

These Terms apply to support requests submitted through this website or the Instance Control macOS app. By submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These support channels are intended for project questions, bug reports, and other communications related to my portfolio projects.
2. Acceptable Use
When using the support channels, you must:
- provide reasonably accurate information needed to process and respond to your request;
- submit only content and files that you are authorized to share;
- not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content;
- not upload malware or files intended to compromise, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any device, account, network, or service;
- not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment card details, or other authentication secrets;
- avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary for the support request.
You remain responsible for the content and files you submit.
3. Attachments
Attachments are optional and are subject to the limits shown in the relevant interface.
Attachments that violate these Terms, cannot be processed safely, or present a security risk may be rejected or removed.
4. No Guaranteed Response or Resolution
Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. I do not guarantee that every request will receive a response, that any reported issue will be resolved, or that a particular response time will be met.
5. No Commercial Service Commitment
Submitting a request does not create a paid support contract, service-level agreement, maintenance obligation, purchase agreement, or other continuing service commitment.
6. Data Protection
Personal data and attachments are handled as described in the Privacy Notice • Support.
7. Use of Support Information and Liability
Any information or guidance provided in a support reply is based on the information available at the time and does not guarantee a particular result.
Before applying technical instructions, you should take reasonable precautions, including making appropriate backups and, where reasonably possible, testing changes in a safe environment.
Liability arising from the use of these support channels is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for damage caused intentionally or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed and accepted when a request is submitted applies to that request.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country in which you habitually reside. The courts having jurisdiction are determined under applicable law.
